Prague

  • Population: 1 210 000

1. part multiple-choice test consisting of  Biology, Physics, Chemistry. 15 questions from each subject, 4 possible answers. Total of 240 points can be acquired.
2. partan interview. Maximum of 60 points can be acquired.

The final results are announced at the end of the entrance exam day.

Olomouc

  • Population: 100 378

    Olomouc is a well-known university city with 24,000 students only at Palacky University in Olomouc. The population exceeds 100,000 and is the sixth largest city in the Czech Republic. Olomouc is popular among people mainly because of its beautiful historical center and low cost of live.

Ostrava

  • Population: 291,000

    Ostrava is known in the Czech Republic as a metallurgical and mining town but, besides its rich history, it can attract students with the newest medical school in CZ, which was founded only in 2010 and the first doctors graduated only a few years ago. After Prague and Brno, Ostrava is the third largest city in the Czech Republic with a population of 291,000.

  • Population: 92 000

    Hradec Králové has been a university city since the Middle Ages. The first school founded here was called the Latin Particular School and was founded in 1362, just 14 years after the foundation of Charles University. Hradec’s population is 92,000 and the city has a friendly atmosphere without haste, which is something that can not be found in cities like Prague. You can also move around Hradec Králové without seeing tourists everywhere, if it is something you are looking for.

Pilsen

  • Population: 170 548

    Plzen is known mainly for its Pilsner urquell beer, which is exported by the local brewery to the whole world, but that does not mean that this city has nothing to offer to its students. As in the Hradec Kralové, you can expect low costs of living, few tourists and thanks to that you will have enough energy to finish your studies with a diploma.
